​About 

This program is to assist clients on a more comprehensive level than our IOP (Intensive Outpatient) & OP (Outpatient) programs. It is designed to do the following:
  • Help clients navigate high risk situations
  • Work with client on developing routines that lend to occupational and vocational advancement
  • Create and maintain a healthy lifestyle
  • Assist in work environment adjustment
  • Vocational and occupational support (i.e. job search, academic support)
  • Medication monitoring
  • Yoga, Exercise, Meditation, Mindfulness Training
  • Time management, executive functioning support
  • Community Integration through life skill development
Specialists are knowledgeable professionals that will aid in developing strong therapeutic alliances for your loved one.
  • The Sober Coach’s focus is the client.
  • They are trained and supervised by the Adolescent and Young Adult Advocates team.
  • They will act as liaisons between families and our other programs, and will orient families to how those programs are designed to support parents, siblings, schools and legal entities.
A Sober Coach will support clients by:
  • Removing drugs and alcohol from your living situation when returning from inpatient.
  • Keeping watch for you when your stress levels elevate or you are feeling an increase in anxiety or depression.
  • Helping you improve connections with family.
  • Helping you attend support meetings like yoga classes, mediation groups, 12 step meetings, NAOMI meetings, and more.
